Exercise for clients with mild to moderate Parkinson’s (established 2019) Stratton Village Hall, Thessaly Road, Cirencester, GL7 2NG Incorporates specific exercises that have shown to have the potential to slow down disease progression. May include exercises from the PD Warrior program Wednesdays 1215 to 1300 £40 a month
Stronger for Longer (South Cerney) (established 2013) United Church, South Cerney, GL7 5UA Strength and balance class for older adults or clients with balance issues Wednesdays 1400 to 1445 £24 a month
Stronger for Longer (Cirencester) (established 2017) Cirencester Baptist Church, GL7 1YE Strength and balance class for older adults or clients with balance issues Thursdays 1000 to 1045 £24 a month
